1. Order Cancellation Fee Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Your first cancellation within 15 days is completely free. However, for any additional cancellations within the same 15-day window, a small fee of ₹300 per request will apply to cover processing costs.

If you’re exchanging for a product of higher value, our team will share a secure payment link for the balance amount.

  • You can exchange for an item of higher or lower value, and the price difference will be adjusted accordingly.

7. Partial COD (Cash on Delivery) Policy

To ensure smooth deliveries for high-value orders, Zoneck offers Partial COD on orders above ₹5,000:

  • A 5% advance payment is required at checkout.

  • The remaining amount is payable at the time of delivery.

If the order is refused or the delivery fails and is returned to our warehouse, the 5% advance will be non-refundable, as it covers shipping, return logistics, and restocking.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

All legal matters related to Zoneck will fall under the jurisdiction of Malerkotla, Punjab.
