Replacement Policy – Zoneck

At Zoneck, we take pride in delivering high-quality, authentic wristwatches. We understand that sometimes, despite best efforts, a replacement may be necessary. Our replacement policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and protective—for both you and us.


Eligibility for Replacement

A product is eligible for replacement only under the following conditions:

  1. Manufacturing Defect:

    • Functional issues (watch not working, buttons unresponsive)

    • Physical flaws (misaligned dials, defective straps)

  2. Wrong Item Delivered:

    • If you received a product different from what you ordered.

  3. Transit Damage:

    • If the product was damaged in shipping (with unboxing video as proof).


📅 Replacement Request Time Frame

You must request a replacement within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Important: Requests beyond this window will not be entertained due to the delicate and high-value nature of our products.


📦 Replacement Conditions

  • Original packaging must be intact.

  • The product must be unused and unworn.

  • Serial number, tags, invoice, and warranty cards must be included in the return package.

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory for transit damage claims.

Zoneck reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving the replacement.


Non-Replacement Cases

We do not accept replacements in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or personal dislike after purchase

  • Minor scratches or cosmetic issues caused by mishandling

  • Damage due to incorrect usage, water exposure (if not water-resistant), or negligence

  • Requests made beyond the 24-hour window

  • No unboxing video for damaged-on-arrival cases


🚚 Replacement Process

  1. Raise a request by emailing us at help.zoneck@gmail.com with:

    • Your Order ID

    • Issue details

    • Photos/video (especially for damage claims)

  2. Our team will verify and confirm eligibility.

  3. If approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or share return instructions.

  4. After inspection, a replacement product will be shipped within 5–7 business days.


🛡️ Zoneck’s Right to Decline

We reserve the right to deny a replacement if:

  • Product is found used or tampered with

  • Return is incomplete or false claims are made

  • The issue reported is unsupported by evidence

Fraudulent claims or misuse of this policy may lead to blacklisting and/or legal action.


📍 Note on Limited Edition or Out-of-Stock Items

If the exact product is out of stock, we’ll offer:

  • A similar product of equal value

  • Or a credit voucher valid on zoneck.in
