Processing Time: Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days once your payment has been successfully verified. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Confirmation: You’ll receive a detailed confirmation email as soon as your order ships, including all the necessary tracking information.
Pre-Orders: For pre-ordered smartwatches, please anticipate a shipping timeframe of approximately 4 weeks.
Insured Shipping: To guarantee your purchase arrives safely, all orders are shipped via insured courier.
Delivery Time: Once your smartwatch has been dispatched, you can expect delivery within 5-7 working days.
Delivery Delays: While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, national holidays, or other events beyond our control may cause delays. Should your order be affected, we will promptly notify you.

Shipping Fees (Within India)

We offer straightforward and transparent shipping costs for our customers in India:

Standard Shipping: A flat fee of ₹40.00 (Indian Rupees Forty only) applies to all standard shipments across India.
Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all orders totaling above ₹1000.00 (Indian Rupees One Thousand Only).

For your convenience, we offer a Cash on Delivery option:

COD Availability: Our Cash on Delivery service is available throughout India.
COD Charges:
- For orders below ₹1000.00, a flat COD fee of ₹100.00 applies.
- For orders above ₹1000.00, a reduced COD fee of ₹50.00 applies.
COD Charge Waiver: The COD charge will be waived for orders exceeding ₹5000.00 when a valid coupon is applied at checkout.
COD Booking Fee: Please note, to avail of the COD facility, a ₹100.00 non-refundable booking fee must be paid online at the time of placing your order.

GST Inclusion: All prices displayed on Zoneck.com are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), ensuring full transparency in your purchase.
Order Tracking: Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor the real-time status of your delivery.
International Shipping: At this time, Zoneck.com primarily focuses on shipping within India. For any specific international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer service team.
