Order Information
Order history, payment method. Payments are processed by PhonePe — we never store your card details.
Body Measurements (Custom Stitching)
Bust, waist, hip, and other measurements you provide for custom stitching. Stored securely in your account for reuse across orders.
AI Virtual Try-On
Photos uploaded for virtual try-on are processed in real-time using Google AI. Photos are NOT stored on our servers — processed and discarded immediately.
Browsing Data
IP address, browser type, pages visited, device information. Collected via cookies and analytics tools (Google Analytics).
3. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to: process and fulfill orders (including custom stitching), send order confirmations and tracking updates, improve our products and services, personalise your shopping experience, send promotional communications (only with your opt-in consent), and prevent fraud.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmission. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt — never stored in plain text. Payment processing goes through PCI DSS compliant gateways. We conduct regular security audits.
6. Data Retention
Account data: retained while your account is active. Order data: retained for 5 years (tax/legal requirements). Body measurements: retained until you delete them or your account. AI Try-On photos: not retained — processed and discarded in real-time. Browsing data: anonymised after 26 months.
8. Your Rights (DPDP Act 2023)
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, delete your account and associated data, withdraw consent for marketing communications, and lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India. Our services are not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover such data, we will delete it immediately.
