At Zoneck, we stand behind the quality and authenticity of every timepiece we sell. While we strive to ensure your satisfaction, due to the premium nature of our wristwatches, our return policy is designed to be clear, protective, and fair.

You may request a return only if the following conditions are met:

  1. You received a defective or damaged product
    (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proof)

  2. You received the wrong item
    (wrong model, color, or strap style)

Note: Returns for reasons like β€œchanged mind,” β€œdidn’t like the look,” or β€œfound a better deal” are not accepted, as we deal in premium, limited-stock items.


⏳ Return Request Window

All return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Any request after 24 hours will not be entertained under any circumstance to prevent misuse.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The watch must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • All items including the invoice, tags, warranty card, manuals, and accessories must be returned.

  • A full unboxing video from package opening to product inspection is mandatory for any damage claims.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or worn products

  • Damage due to mishandling, water, or improper use

  • Products returned without original packaging or documentation

  • Personalized, engraved, or discounted items

  • Any product without a valid unboxing video in case of a damage claim

    • Your Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Photos and/or unboxing video

  2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

  3. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or share the return instructions.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will issue:

    • A store credit, or

    • An exchange, based on your preference and eligibility

Note: We do not offer cash or card refunds unless the product is out of stock and a suitable alternative is unavailable.


🚫 Fake or Fraudulent Claims

We maintain the right to deny any return if the product is:

  • Found to be used or tampered with

  • Returned without all original items

  • Returned with malicious intent or false claims

Customers making repeat return claims or abusing the policy may be permanently blacklisted from future purchases.
