1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using zoneck.com ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.
2. About Zoneck
zoneck.com is owned and operated by Zoneck Trading LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India, with its registered office at Malerkotla, Punjab 148023.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality. You must be 18 years or older to make purchases. Your account may be terminated for violations of these terms.
4. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST where applicable. Prices may change without prior notice; orders are confirmed at the price shown at the time of checkout. Product images are representative — slight colour variations may occur due to screen differences. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order.
5. Custom Stitching Terms
- • Custom-stitched products are made to your provided body measurements.
- • It is your responsibility to provide accurate measurements. Refer to our measurement guide for help.
- • Custom stitching adds 3–5 additional business days to the delivery timeline.
- • Custom-stitched items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or significant deviation from your specified measurements.
- • Free fit adjustments are offered on custom items within 7 days of delivery.
6. AI Virtual Try-On Terms
- • AI try-on is provided as a preview tool and may not be 100% accurate in representing colour, fit, or drape.
- • Photos uploaded for try-on are processed in real-time and are NOT stored on our servers.
- • Results are for reference only and do not guarantee exact appearance upon delivery.
- • By using this feature, you consent to Google AI processing your uploaded image.
7. Orders & Payments
An order is confirmed only after payment is processed successfully. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, PhonePe, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). A ₹30 COD handling charge applies (may be updated by admin). We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the courier partner. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
9. Returns & Refunds
7-day return window from delivery date for ready-made products. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags intact. Custom-stitched items: exchange/alteration only (no returns unless defective). Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. See our Returns Policy for full details.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on zoneck.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Zoneck Trading LLP. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. The ZONECK trademark and logo are registered intellectual property.
11. User Conduct
You agree not to: use the Site for unlawful purposes, attempt to hack or disrupt our services, submit false or misleading information, use automated tools (bots) to access the Site, or post defamatory or offensive content in reviews.
12. Limitation of Liability
Zoneck is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or government actions.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zoneck Trading LLP, its founders, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Malerkotla / Sangrur, Punjab.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or site banner.
