Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with every purchase. Here's how refunds and cancellations work.

At ZONECK, we believe in fair and transparent policies. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we make it easy to return or get a refund.

🛡️ Our Promise: 7-day easy returns on most products. No questions asked.

1. Order Cancellation

Before dispatch: You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. Full refund will be processed immediately.
After dispatch: Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may return it after delivery under our return policy.
To cancel an order, email us at [email protected] or WhatsApp us at +91 85999 50008 with your order ID.

2. Returns

You may return a product within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags/labels intact.
To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order ID and reason for return.
We will arrange a pickup or provide return shipping instructions within 24 hours.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return unless received damaged or defective:

Perishable food items (spices, honey, dry fruits — once opened)
Personal care products (soaps, oils — once opened/used)
Products with broken seals or missing original packaging
Products purchased during special clearance sales (clearly marked at time of purchase)

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will send a free replacement or process a full refund — your choice.
No return shipping charges for damaged/defective items.

5. Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product.
Refund will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, bank account, or card).
For COD orders, refund will be processed via UPI or bank transfer — we'll ask for your details.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchange

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
You may return the product and place a new order for the item you want.
